Re: CARDIFF CITY v CHARLTON ATHLETIC. Match thread
I have to assume that Charlton will be quite happy with a point and saving their big guns for Friday.
They are pretty well safe now, so Bowyer is perhaps starting to look to next season.
Anyway I hope so!

Jacks 1 down to millwall. Pity that.

Pretty much safe? They’re just 3 points above the drop zone with 7 games to play!

Then it sounds like he's resting players for "winnable" games, an approach I hate.

Probably just squad rotation, give Vaulks a rest. Pack will make way for Tomlin at some point I guess

I guess Harris thinks we will have more of the ball and Pack can use it better than Vaulks? im not sure but Charlton have made changes, maybe its just the time of the restart to do it.

Who’s the team in blue trying to knock it about?

No idea can't get a link!!!!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v CHARLTON ATHLETIC. Match thread
i would say Vaulks is a better presser and keeps the game ticking more but i would say Pack is the better passer, its just he slows play down to much.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v CHARLTON ATHLETIC. Match thread
Can’t get the game at all? What’s going on?

Rested 7 games in 22 says I guess is the reason , and to give ( game ) time to those we may call upon through injuries??

No stream and not a single update. Come on you keyboard shy ****ers 😂

Re: CARDIFF CITY v CHARLTON ATHLETIC. Match thread
They had a very good chance.
We look to be moving the ball a bit quicker and having more possession than normal but created no real threats.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v CHARLTON ATHLETIC. Match thread
Either Bacuna or Pack need to get further forward when we have possession. They're both sitting deep at the moment.

Missing the drive of Vaulks....like watching paint dry....Club TV commentator nearly sending me to sleep...does he ever get excited?
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v CHARLTON ATHLETIC. Match thread
Not the most exciting game , can't recall a keeper save from a direct shot , but I did go for a pee and fresh beer

Bacuna also offers drive. Like he did all game sat, winning the ball in their half. If he's sitting back maybe it's under instruction.
