If Cardiff lose to Stoke tomorrow, it’ll be only the second time in a Championship season that a team’s lost NINE games in a row.

Unless we play youngsters there we're going to have to play at least one person out of position in the middle I think Ng would offer a little more in mobility and distribution than playing a centre back there.

Yeah but you don’t often get the equivalent of Jack Nicholson from one who flew over the cuckoos nest in charge of a team

Three is the magic number. Three threes must be even more magic. 7-0 City.

I thought Durban, of all the managers we have had, was the one with a screw loose. MM was just incompetent, well past his sell by date.

Think people will be happy today. Players seem to be in natural positions for a start. C'mon City

Flint benched.
Looks like Morison seems to think Morrison and he cannot play together.
Looks an okay side to be fair.
We'll break our goal drought today.
Stoke 1-2 Cardiff City

Looks like 532 with Giles at RWB. Dont say this very often, but glad that Bacuna fit.

Yup, I agree 👍🏻

Re: STOKE CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Looks like Bacuna will finally get to play in central midfield, surprised Flint is out and it’ll be interesting to see what Giles makes of playing left wing back. - presuming he’s used there.

Re: STOKE CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Interesting line up, will be interesting how they line up.
I thought he might go back to Morrison and Nelson, solid base proven over the years. Glad to see Evans shart, seems to have a bit more pace about the team.

Unless Morison has got McGuinness at RB and Ng at LB in a 4 - 4 - 2 (or 4 - 2 - 3 - 1) ? Five at the back seems more likely.

Re: STOKE CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
I said 532, but not sure who"s up top with Moore. All our crossing is going to come from the left.

Let’s hope that Bacuna will be playing in a more familiar midfield type role. Better for him, the team and the fans.

How did you manage to witness that?

Re: STOKE CITY v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Pleased he's gone back to Morrison and Nelson at CB- both have been out of form this season but none of our other defenders inspire confidence.
Common City!

Giles and Bacuna in their proper positions? Revolutionary stuff from Steve & Tom
