it's always surprising to compare football clubs with other businesses and see that they aren't really big business at all.
we probably have the same turnover as a large supermarket.

Shows that they can listen sometimes - even if it’s just to have a pop at the trust.

A "know thy place" response from "the Directors". A shadowy organisation if ever there was one. No room at the Director's table for anyone (or organisation) who doesn't agree with the way things are run. Or asks reasonable questions/makes observations about how the club is run.

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
The response is the perfect 10-year rebrand anniversary present from the club to the Trust. The fans matter about as much now as they did in 2012, it seems.

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
There's a few on this thread knocking one out over this already!

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
Who owns the statue out of interest?
If its not the club are they going to start charging the owners (the Trust?) an annual fee for using their land?

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
A response that answers a lot of questions just by the nature of it tbh, pathetic really.
And some still claim Tan is the best owner we've ever had...

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
Someone could make a few quid, setting up a handbag stall outside the stadium… or perhaps in Monaco! 🤣

He's the best since Rick Wright

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
I wonder if Tan has even read it.

Doubt it. Mehmet is probably a bit upset. Maybe Prince Albert has refused his application to become a resident of Monaco.

Wales Online’s take on it (that photo must have been taken a while ago).

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
questions for me to for folks who know the Trust better they I :
How many are in the Trust .
Does the Trust publish its letters openly before writing to the club on my behalf ?
Is there an open consultation period /system to enable City fans to contribute /comment to ensure they are or speaking on behalf of the majority of supporters views , without joining the Trust ?

He's been resident there for a long time by all accounts (and the club's registrations at Companies House).
The owner lives in Kuala Lumpur, the Chairman lives in Monaco and the CEO lives in.... Brentford.

Are any Trust members living at sea? It's possible I suppose, but I'd doubt it.

If Penarth is considered off sea then the answer is yes , is it a tax haven , is it a Welsh Monaco ?

I think it's safe to say that Penarth is indeed off-sea, which I presume is the opposite of off-shore but you can never be quite sure.

They'd never have managed to get that message in a bottle.

Re: Trust..CCFC big row brewing
Anyone know how many Trust members there are?
That letter wasnt great.
But to be written off as a small collective of individuals is a pretty poor response
