The event down the bay was mentioned on Radio Wales a week or two ago and this morning. If you were really interested in welcoming the atheletes surely you would have taken the trouble to find out if there was an event planned rather than wait for it to happen and then complain that no one told you.

I totally agree, I should, personally, have done more . I put my hand up to that. But the publicity has been woeful. I'm sure far far more would have turned up otherwise.
