I used to work in Cardiff with quite a number of Caerphilly guys, their accent was noticeably different.

Higher cases in 18 to 30 year folk ,who are now out and about more ,along with much more testing will result in the increase in cases, I'm guessing this is all down to behavior and care when out and about ,when shopping now or in town very few are wearing masks , find it strange with the caution of the Welsh Gov we don't seem to have pushed masks use more , and introduced a tough testing arrangement at Cardiff Airport for arrivals and departures , doesn't the Welsh Government own the airport .??Quote:
