Biggest difference between the sides at the moment is that Italy are missing their first choice LB and England were able to ease Macguire back into the team so is now match-fit. Emerson, unfortunately, exacerbates Isigne not being comfortable defending because they no longer dominate the ball on that side whereas there is a decent dop-off in quality behind these first choice England CB and Goalie but no team has had a chance to put pressure on the replacements.
2nd biggest difference is that England have the best striker in the competition (probably) whereas Immobile hasn't found his game yet.
