Broadband you rate or hate?

I have used BT Broadband for the last six or seven years. Never had any problems, and it always works as it should. The only drawback, I would say, is that they give you a fixed-rate two-year deal (usually), and when it runs out, you revert to a 'standard' tariff ie. one a lot more expensive than your deal was. So if you miss the renewal, or if you just plain forget, you get clobbered at the next payment date. Apart from that, it's a good service at a decent price.

Just my opinion , of course, but BT should be avoided like the plague. A completely rancid organisation.
