Sounds like Tan's doing the bare minimum and just putting enough in to keep us out of financial trouble.
This is yet more evidence his letter to supporters was full of empty promises as there's been no investment in the team, staffing or infrastructure.
How he expects us to get promoted with his total lack of interest is beyond me.
