Better is a subjective term. Who actually could possibly know until it happens? However, rather than evoking any emotional response, it will certainly shed light upon aspects of experience and the Universe hitherto unknown.

Anyway, aliens on other planets may not experience colour as we do. For example, red might be experienced in the same way we hear a fart down here
bit of a whoosh here I think

Meanwhile in a parallel universe Cardiff City A.F.C. having won last season's European Cup are currently top of the Premier League table with 24 points from the first 8 games and a goal difference of 20.

There is no evidence that knowledge leads towards greater hope, in fact often knowing more about our plight can lead to deep despair.
Your hope in finding ET is to point the finger at God and say, "you didn't mention or know about any of these guys, so now I can ignore your words completely."
All the best with that particular delusion.

Well if we use the information God has given us, it would be impossible for there to be sentient life anywhere else - I will address this at the end of this post.
This view won't answer other questions like why the Universe is so incredibly big, but we are now looking at a universe that is post 'the fall' - what it looked like before the fall (detailed in Genesis 3) is anyone's guess?
But while we view all this from a broken world, God's perspective is contained in this comment to first century Christians in Rome in Pauls letter to them, Chapter 8 verse 22 - when we read "We know that the whole creation is groaning together and suffering labour pains up until now".
There is much to unpack from this statement, but from it we can see that the curse didn't only impact this planet, but the entire Creation of God, ie everything!
Now for a moment, let us assume that life forms similar to Vulcans exist somewhere in the Universe; why should they ALSO be impacted by a choice made by the first generation of human beings on this rock that we all now inhabit? That would make no sense at all?
So the fact that "the whole creation is groaning" logically rules out any other similar (or intelligent) life-forms to mankind. If you have any follow up questions on this or any other points, please ask away....

I don't know if I'm reading this right but it seems like your answer is "it can't be true" isn't it?

What if god was just thinking "ah well they'll never meet each other". Like having a girlfriend in another postcode.

That still doesn't work, why have the WHOLE OF CREATION including their solar system impacted by a lifeform that has (and will have) nothing to do with them?

But it is fair for every descendant of "the first generation of human beings on this rock" to be impacted by it?

Other life forms in other parts of the Universe could be "created" differently and by a different "Creator". We might have an infinite number of "Creators" protecting their own patches. The Battle of the Titans so to speak.

This is an excellent question. There are two key aspects when we consider this:-
When we look at God in Scripture we see that He is relational, and we are informed that among His many other attributes, "God is Love". Now as we all know, love MUST involve choice, if it doesn't then it is invalid and worthless.
Therefore God had to give mankind a choice to have a relationship with Him or go His own way; like so many others today, who do the Frank Sinatra thing, they did it their way (MY WAY). The consequences were devastating and as promised, death, disease and disasters followed. Now if that were the end of the story then your issue of fairness would be perfectly sound. However in our plight, God launched a rescue Mission. His arrival we remember at Christmas (not His actual birth day - just the official one), and His key Death & Resurrection we remember at Easter. Which meant that He could now legally offer us a way out of the mess: ie the fact that we each have an eternal soul and we are helpless to save ourselves, even if we decide to become religious - NB!
Many verses explain this solution, and how we can enter into the good of it, this one is found in John's Gospel Chapter 1:
(12) But to all who did receive Him (Jesus), who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God, (13) who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
