Match Facts:
Cardiff City have lost each of their last two home league games against Luton Town and will be looking to avoid losing three in succession to the Hatters for the first time.
Luton Town have won each of their last four league games against Cardiff City, three of which have come via a 1-0 score line.
Cardiff City suffered their first home league loss of 2025 against Burnley in their last such match, though have scored in each of their previous seven league games on home soil.
Luton have won four of their last five league trips to Wales (L1), though their only defeat in that time did come at Swansea earlier this season, suffering a 2-1 defeat in December.
Cardiff’s Callum Robinson has been involved in five goals in his last four home league starts for the Bluebirds (4 goals, 1 assist).

Luton gonna bombard us with high balls all night. Can't see us lasting out, particularly with McGuinness back in the team. He's nailed on to score.
I know it's stating the bleeding obvious, but we will need to score at least 2 to win. Far from convinced we will.
Will be a long night.

They've scored 5 goals in the last 10 games and only picked up 5 points away all season. If Riza can't win this one he shouldn't ever be allowed back in the stadium afterwards

I agree with you. It's a game we should win.
Unfortunately we have all been City fans to long to know what is likely to happen tonight.
Riza, I've been 50/50. If we lose may as well bring back Warnock from retirement. Can't do any worse.

He didn't turn up much for us, so maybe we shouldn't be too worried.

We should always be worried. It is in our DNA.
McGuinness, Doughty and Bowler turning up to do what former players do.
A game where the bookies and pundits expect us to narrowly win. The bastards!
It is no exaggeration to say this is a Banana Skin Six Pointer with Added Nerves that will determine the future of Cardiff City FC for the next generation! No TLG, it is no exaggeration! :hehe:

It's massive! Huge! Enormous! Gigantic! Pivotal! Season-defining!
Just like the recent games against Derby, Portsmouth, Plymouth and Hull....
You cannot overstate the importance of matches between sides in the lower reaches of the Championship. They're monumental, each and every one. Under the circumstances, I'm amazed more people don't turn up to watch them.

Luton have conceded more than Burnley and Sunderland combined and we managed to score against both. Surely this should be an easy win.

If we hadn’t beated all them we’d be in a right pickle. We need 11 points (on my own mathematician calculations) so this is a must win.

It's not Man City v Liverpool but to fans of our clubs tonight it's a huge game.

Very attack minded, plus we have Ashford, Davies and Robinson on the bench for when legs tire in the 2nd half. Let's hope we don't give away any foolish goals early on, Onwards & upwards
