It's hardly surprising we've appointed a few like this, Trollope, Hudson, Morison, Riza, each has been a disaster. Do you expect people to be happy about a relegation manager, a relegation assistant, with some coaching experience at a good club?Quote:

You're right. The club seems to have blurred the lines between someone who is going to bring on younger players and a manager with experience of managing senior pros and winning football matches. Yes, the roles do and can overlap, but there really should be just 1 thing on the Club's mind and that is getting back to the Championship pronto. I can see it now, 3 or 4 years time still in league 1 but everyone's happy because we have a team of mainly home grown talent..Quote:
