And 7 years later we won the FA Cup, hope springs eternal

Our centre halves are Fish and Daland - Fish is both slow and weak at least Daland is quicker but jelly like in strength
Our left back is Bagan who is bang average League 2 level) our right back played like a tit last season
Jelly like and not capable of keeping a clean sheet
Whilst I think we'll stay up - it'll be bloody close
As for walking it you're having a laugh
p1ssing about with it whilst passing it slowly forwards whilst the opposition hump it down the middle for Fish to completely miss it whilst Daland falls over
I''m not hopeful at all
We need pace and we need steel
We have neither
BBM was probably the last thing we needed for this coming season. So far we've been promised exciting attractive football to reward the fans and also we're going to 'win the league'. It's fantasy island stuff. We needed an experience manager to change the squad into something that can compete, be hard to beat and above all, win matches. All I've heard from him and the club is how nice the football's going to be and we're giving youth a chance. Absolutely clueless football club, as always.
Absolutely spot on. The over enthusiastic nonsense / unrealistic targers won't help when reality sets in.
I think TLG had it right - let's all take a vacation - talk of best XI's is a bit silly in my opinion as the new manager could have a thorough clear out for all we know. But positivity isn't a bad thing!!
What’s the betting odds at the moment ?
We might cruise to Plymouth and Blackpool?
1 Luton
2 Cardiff
3 Plymouth
4 Huddersfield
5 Bolton
6 Stockport (is Bredbury Hall still going)
Makes a change, we are normally in the 20s

As it stands, there is no chance this lot are getting promoted from League one. We're gonna need grit fight right through the spine of the team, particularly centre back and centre midfield. Without those two positions filled, we've got no hope.
we played one league one side last season, and it was an extremely comfortable home win
The side had Kpakio, Bagan, Giles, King, Conte in and even Kanga up front and they won easily.
Rubin Colwill was man of the match and ran the show.
Yes Rovers were relegated come the end of the season, but we will also be able to put out a much stronger side than that also.
This squad should be competing for automatic promotion
We couldn't cruise down Bute street in a Buick Riviera American Cruiser driven by Tom Cruise.
To sum up tasks for BBM from this thread
Not a team
Physical & mental challenges
Attitude
Personal responsibility
I’ve made my point clear many times before, to be in the top 2, you need 80+ goals per season. We therefore need to find another 30 or 40 goals. Salech, Robinson, Davies, Etete are not going to achieve that. Our priorities shouldn’t be goalkeepers, defenders, midfield, it should me goalscorers, from whatever position on the pitch. Birmingham had 22 different goalscorers last season, 8 of them contributed 5 or more.
Personally I’m not sure aiming for and expecting promotion is the right way of thinking about the coming season. I would be very happy to see commitment from the players, playing football that is attractive to arch and will get me out of my seat applauding their efforts.
If this happens then I could easily conceive a promotion push the following season.
I desperately want BBM to succeed but I’ve been burned too many times by the clowns that runs my club.
Why doesn’t Dalman and Choo fk off back to selling cars.
