It is brilliant. Do we know who the artist is? Who funds these? Who organises them? Was the club involved? Can we have more please?

Does anyone know where we would start, who to contact? The artist may be a good starting point; s/he would presumably have some intel on how to get these authorised and done. It would be great to get more of these around the city.

As you say PB, I don't think that funding would be too much of an issue.
