there is some real quality there this year. Fontaines DC, DryCleaning, Wet Leg, Yard Act, Rufus Wainwright, Foals, Blossoms, The Libertines, Metronomy, Sleaford Mods, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Primal Scream, Self Esteem, Amyl and the Sniffers, Squid, Warmduscher, Billy no Mates, the Chemical Brothers, Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada etc etc
Plus the usual diamonds you find on the smaller stages as well as the old favourites.
I don't do mud.
Wet Leg are pretty good, the place is full too.
The Kinks were due to headline the first Glastonbury. They pulled out and were replaced by T. Rex.
Confidence Man have been the most entertaining so far.

Besides all that, the standard has been quite good. Although I can never forgive those who thought it was a good idea to bring a Fender Strat or Jazz bass to Glastonbury! It's an insta channel change for me, cos everybody knows all the cool kids play a Tele, Jag, Jazzmaster or Les Paul/335, plus a P-bass which is absolutely essential
It was during Billie Eilish (the missus’ cup of tea more than mine). When the lights went down it was surreal.
