When it comes to branding the club is clueless.
It should,never have been changed in the first place.
The old badge still had a dragon on it ffs.
Could you imagine coca cola , Apple , bmw , etc etc suddenly changing thier logos on a whim ?

The dragon looks like a worm out of a children's book.
Its very white, would have been nice to see a small lebanese cedar tree next to the dragon.

There were always going to be certain people knocking this badge but it's much better than the current one and if It had had the Welsh dragon on it or the dragon from the cardiff City coat of arms worn for the 1927 final it would have been excellent imo.Quote:

It just looks a bit childish and amature. Happy that the bluebird is back but I think the club have yet again missed a great opportunity to create something really special. The badge needs to be seen in its full context on a shirt before we can pass full judgement but initially I'm underwhelmed.

The guff regarding the new badge on the official website is hilarious, as well as being historically inaccurate.

They should use the Welsh dragon instead to be fair though, not only because it shows up better when the badge is smaller but it would also look less like sperm
