It's so hard to tell whether you actually understand what's going on - you do realise that I was referring to you never being reasoned or well balanced with your comments, right? Please tell me that you do.

Ah but I think that I am and that its you who are unreasonable and unbalanced. So we will just have to agree to differ.

Again, I dont see that whether NW is anti-foreigner or not (and I cant personally see how he can be, given his relationship with Choo, Dalman, Tan and the players) has anything whatsoever to do with his ability to manage the team.
To be fair, it's probably quite easy to think that there are too many foreigners in British football but still have good working relationships with foreigners in order to fulfil your job and maintain your career. That kind of thing happens all the time, where someone doesn't like the idea of foreigners moving to the UK in general but is happy enough to chat with them at the school playground and picking up time (or whatever), maybe even be friendly with them.
In other words "how can he dislike foreigners, his boss is one" is not that convincing :hehe:

The rest of the world couldn’t give a shit about brexit other than laughing at us. Outside of the EU council who just want us to get on with it.
I think you’ll find quite a lot of other countries are interested in Brexit and how it pans out. You really do think that your views and opinions are gospel.

Not really, a massively large majority of 70year old wealthy white men in this country are Tory voters, therefore it shouldn't be a surprise that Neil Warnock is, if indeed he is
-
Re: Warnock comes across as a tory and a xenophobe
"70 year old man from Yorkshire in pro-Brexit shocker".

The irony here is unreal.
I mean the general populace of the countries don’t care, I’ve lived in France and Spain since the brexit vote it’s not big news there for people really. About as much as it is for the U.K. and what’s going on with the Belgian government.

Take it you never have to use a search engine, as you seem to already know everything. It may not appear big news to many, but the result of the vote appears to very much irk you and a lot of the remainers on this board. Which makes me smile 😎

Of course he’s entitled to his opinions on politics. He was ask a question and answered it. The problem for the likes of you, is you weren’t keen on his answer.

Re: Warnock comes across as a tory and a xenophobe
It only irks me because I think the poorer members of society will be hit hardest again, I have a passport for an EU country and can speak a foreign language so it won’t personally affect me.
I think there were good reasons to vote leave but the way it’s been handled means the country is going to lose out unfortunately.

Re: Warnock comes across as a tory and a xenophobe
The fact ccfc have distanced themselves from his daft comments says it all.......criticise the refs, call their centre back a cheat but don't stick your hooter in the most important political and economic decision in years
You've got about five houses in one village near Plymouth , my sister lives next door to one , worry about the grass cutting not Brexit, you are not employed to speak on the subject by the club

He should have used his brain and declined to answer

But his side had just played truly dismally as they hung for a 0-0 draw at home against a team that had lost their last nine games and this week lost their manager as well - it was a chance to deflect attention away from an awful display by his side and get the media talking about that awful Neil Warnock again.
Also, this is a genuine question because I honestly don't know the answer to this, but did Guardiola have Man City fans having a go at him for his comments about Catalonian independence and has Klopp been given stick for recent remarks which could be interpreted as pro remain?

As many, if not more, Labour suppporters want brexit and are anti-foreigner than Conservative ones. What difference does it make anyway, if we started vetting people who enter the area or worked for the club based on their political leanings or moral beliefs, the games would be held in a half empty stadium and particularly, your seat would definately be empty.
Do you have any evidence to back this up?

Re: Warnock comes across as a tory and a xenophobe
I still can’t believe someone thinks everyone who voted brexit is “anti foreigner” and thinks that it’s ok.

I look forward to a centre spread in the echo by Neil on his views on the effects of leaving on world trade , the movement of goods and labour and brexits influence on intra European cross border policy

Who’s arguing? What do you disagree with? That is why Guardiola and Klopp weren’t met with similar disdain.

No issue with the rest of your post as it is opinion but this bit is presented as fact and is demonstrably false.

Re: Warnock comes across as a tory and a xenophobe
Perhaps the OP is a Communist who denies freedom of speech and disagrees with democracy. There are prominent senior Labour politicians who have such leanings and he might be another one.

Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from criticism

72% of labour members support a second referendum, and 88% would vote to remain in another referendum

Peter Mandelson and John Reid were members and others such as Alistair Darling and Alan Milburn were thought to have had links and several Union leaders including Bob Crow were also members. The former Communist leading light - Andrew Murray - was appointed as an advisor to the Labour Party by Jeremy Corbyn. There are probably several Marxist or former Marxist politicians who are not far removed from the Communist Party including the Labour Leader and his shadow Chancellor.
