It is probably the photo of Owen Carron at Bobby Sands' funeral in 1981.

Some arsehole decided years ago that Owen Carron looked a bit like Jeremy Corbyn and ever since it has been used online (and I think at one point in a national Tory-supporting paper) to persuade the gullible and willing dupes that Corbyn was there.
