Don't know why heck changed his name though.

Re: CCMB posters who have disappeared from this board.
There was a poster called Tremorfa Product who posted some great stuff.

I thought you were still around. Don't know why people steal names
Didn't the same happen to the original Croesy.
Either that or his politics changed radically.
Or I am dreaming!

Ironically can’t recall his name... worked in the supporters club for years, was a steward on away coaches. Sadly passed away a year or two back... couldn’t have been older than mid 40s.
He was a good contributor, and I particularly remember his anger following the rebrand debacle.

Re: CCMB posters who have disappeared from this board.
And whatever happened to big gwyn. A self appointed ‘fans face’ through the Sam Hammam era and up until the rebrand.
Then he just seemed to disappear off the face of the earth...

True, but I would have been miffed if someone had stolen my name as I have had it since I joined years ago (around 2002,2003 I think)
Funnily enough I think I tried Llanishen Blue at first but it had gone.
AsI lived in St Ina Road for the first 25 years of my life I then though of Heath Blue or Stina Blue but changed my mind when I happened to catch the Blues Brothers on tv!

Think Gwyn upset quite a few over the rebrand as he strongly supported the change.
Seem to recall an incident at the old Muni club in city road which got rather unpleasant but I wasn't,'t there.
TLG could tell you more as I am sure he was there.

Got more and more outrageous as time went on, challenging people left, right and centre and then, all of a sudden whoosh! gone. So weird, such a domineering, know all must be lurking somewhere online, surely, he couldn’t just switch off??
i banned him. he was getting out of control and i suspected was a wind up merchant as his claims were getting more inappropriate, and it reminded me of posters from the past

I was there and it was nasty
A week or so later we all met in the corporation , except this time it was broadcast that we would be provided with security so we could air our views against the rebrand without being threatened
There must have been half of the docks and grangetown outside and inside the pub
It all went well

Dr Tim Muff would argue with Feedback, it got very personal at times.

It was Muff vs Feedback. Biggest rivalry in South Wales at one point.

Is that because of the social distancing guidelines or are you just not interested in me?
Please be nice.

Oh, and Heathblue.....
:hehe:
Victor, jaysus. What a period of CCMB life that was.
TVB was my wingman. Worst part the rebrand (on a personal level) was how it wrecked relationships that had run for years.
Bluebirdette, TVB, Beef and Dai Hard all feature in the pics I posted in the previous thread.
Three Chord Trick still talks a lot of sense. But not on here unfortunately

Not being pedantic but his name was Archibald LEITCH not Leech. If you google them both you'll see the difference and the relevance to a football chat room.. It is quite enlightning

I loved his character in A Fish Called Wanda - which is obviously in relation to all the fishing that goes on here.

Gill delivered an invaluable service at the time. CCMB led innovative techniques and pushed boundaries in the early days of following football online.
