Agree......maybe they didn't get the first choice kit washed in time......pretty uninspiring game....going to end 0-0. Thought Ramsey was playing but not seen him...

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
We need to get our wingers in the game more and we need to attack the fullbacks
-
Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Is it me or does the s4c commentary seem completely out of step with reality?

Ramsey is a class above anyone else on the pitch

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Lets hope Nico Williams develops quickly because Connor Roberts is absolute shyte

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
they should replay Bala v Aberystwyth, more interesting than this rubbish.

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
I know he's probably lacking confidence as he can't get into a Crap club side but I've not seen James use his pace once

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Quite like Joe Morrell. Tidy player.

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
I'm fed up playing Ireland, they have been rubbish games and this is no different.
I must admit that they look solid at the back and look more likely to break the deadlock than ourselves. Shane Long should have scored.
We do have one or two that can produce one bit of magic though so nil nil for the next 20 minutes will suit us.
Nil nil won't be a disastrous result for us either

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread

What a shit game, football needs fans

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Rodon seems decent at passing out from the back

I'm watching the IPL on my ipad to keep awake

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
The guy in charge of the fake crowd sounds hasn’t had much to do.

This has confirmed that I'll be cancelling Sky Sports until the fans are back. Just no interest, didn't even bat an eyelid when we lost to England. That pretty much sums up how dire it's got.

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
We should be 3-0 down by now. Ireland are fluffing chance after chance. Can we see this out?
-
Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Still trying to figure out why N.Williams came on ahead of Brooks

McClean's initial reaction showed he knew he was in trouble

So you don’t think we need fans there then?

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
second yellow fair, never a straight red
-
Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Why do commentators still think that home and away matches matter anymore?
-
Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Need to push for the win now but we don’t look like creating anything.

Don't be such a child, I'm clearly just saying that the reason this is a shit game might not be because of the lack of fans. Sometimes, a lot of times, they're just shit games

Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
A bit of the old Ireland coming out
-
Re: REPUBLIC of IRELAND v WALES. Match thread
Christie should be off too.

And I’m saying it is...if the fans were in there it would not be like a training game.

Can we call up Doidge for the next game with Moore suspended
