Bearing in mind that Dalman and Choo have been running this club for around ten years and successfully keeping it afloat, they are a damn sight more experienced at running a football club than quite a few other Chairman and Chief Executives both in the Premier League and Championship. You only gain experience and knowledge of a job by actually doing it and everybody has to start somewhere. For example, you would be considered an expert at continually moaning about our current owner and board set up, having been banging on about it continually for a number of years.

If it is surely its just until the end of the season. A step up from Harris but not the long term appointment we need.

Re: Next Manager Odds Watch
Yeah McCarthy I think is the fav with most now. Sky as well plus BetVictor.

Darren Moore for me. Doncaster manager or the Barnsley manager. He’s doing well on a show string.

Agreed. Doing well at Doncaster and he ticks a certain box. When I phoned in Call Rob a couple of years ago to demand Warnock get sacked Blakey agreed and actually suggested Moore to me.

I realise this was a joke but 47% overall, 46.4% at Donny. Basically, bloody impressive!

According to the Telegraph, the sackings were done immediately after the QPR game on Wednsday night and they've already been negotiating with a "football establishment figure".
They think it's Mick McCarthy and that an announcement is imminent.
If all this is correct, then he might well have been behind the Ng and Watters signings and he's not only worked before with, but is a huge fan of Kiefer Moore. He's actually expressed strong feelings in the past that Cardiff are playing him , and the setup , ineffectively.

Re: Next Manager Odds Watch
Eddie Howe is being touted for Celtic so Lennon will available soon according to my pals north of the border.
I ca see s short term appointment Pullis, McCarthy etc, and then the board looking for a permanent replacement at the end of the season.
Lennon would be a decent fit, anyone who can survive in the goldfish bowl that's Glasgow has to have something about them.
Personal choice would still be Bellamy though

Re: Next Manager Odds Watch
Mick ****ing Mcarthy 😂
This is going to be hilarious if true :hehe:

Re: Next Manager Odds Watch
Let’s be honest he’s a better manager than Harris. Wouldn’t be my choice though.

He's odds-on now.

More experienced maybe. He hasn’t had any success for years and years.

Re: Next Manager Odds Watch
Is it really too much to ask after Malky, Slade Warnock and Harris that we might get someone who plays decent football.
Judging by the list of candidates I guess the answer is 'yes'
-
Re: Next Manager Odds Watch
Looking at odds either a lot of bets have gone on or they’re sure it’s him. Not the most inspired choice.
