Shocking decision. That was never a foul
I thought the ref was really considered in the Belgian game. The cards in this game have been a joke for both sides.
That Roberts sending off is karma, the cheat.

Brilliant block by Rodon. He very much looks the part. Unconvincing but it’s all about the win. Considering all the players missing its a good result. Moore has to start and Joniesta always brings positivity to the side when he comes on.
Who cares, great win in the end. Thought Moore had crossed it to James for a perfect reverse large to little for that goal, haha. Great block by Rodon. Very tidy defender he looks.

That was really a test of depth and desire: arguably, our best defender (Davies), still our best midfielder (Ramsey), another very important midfield player (Allen) and two players you'd back to come off the bench as first choice subs (Tyler Roberts and HRK) all missing for one reason for another and three big points against a whistle-happy referee (probably favoured us more than them) and a strong Czech side.

Some interesting opinions. Can’t say I enjoyed that at all but I’ll take the 3 points. Bale & James did nothing all game & then that. The much maligned Ward, Lawrence & Morrell all had quietly efficient games. Neko Williams is wasted on the left. Kieffer & Johnny made a difference. Ampadu was poor. MoM also Rodon for me. Thought the ref. got his decisions right.
