Good luck finding it! What I said is that the green movement needs to be socially and economically sustainable to succeed and to take people with them. Wouldn’t it be better to get rid of personal cars altogether and implement shared car schemes , make it easier for cyclists ( bike storage , cycle infrastructure etc - not just a few bollards or red paint on a road, ensure significant investment in public transport and make rail transport affordable etc etc
