Definitely the better side. We need to start taking our chances. Should have been a penalty, but the step on Siopsis looked accidental to me. If thr ref thought it was deliberate he would have been off.
Robinson having good game and is our key to winning. Hope he isn’t subbed at 70mins.

agree.....suspect Colwill (and Tanner to a lesser degree) could have an influence in this game if they come on soon enough.

Good point. If not Panzo there's really not much point in him being here.

Re: PRESTON NORTH END V CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Bad mistake from Mcguinness but that's horrendous goalkeeping. He could have easily come for that and then when he did decide to stay he was standing outside his post.

Preston are absolutely awful as well.

Re: PRESTON NORTH END V CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
What an awful goal to concede. Mc Guinness clearly at fault but goalie might have done better.

Piss poor by McGuinness but the ‘keeper was nearer the corner flag than the goals.

Not quite a clanger but he should have done better...Alnwick would have come and got that.

Re: PRESTON NORTH END V CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
That started from our throw in by their penalty area . Instead of taking an attacking throw in , 2 backward passes, McGuiness loses it and Runnarson should have come to collect then got his positioning all wrong by standing outside the post, I could have finished that he left so much of the goal open!

Re: PRESTON NORTH END V CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Runnarsson had to run back about twenty yards, so it was hard for him to get his bearings, but he should have done a lot better than that, he gave the Preston player a huge target to aim at. If City are going to play more of a passing game from the back, they’re going to concede a few goals from it. For me that's two now after Alnwick’s against Watford, so I’d say we’re getting towards the limit now when you consider that the season’s not half over yet.

The goal is 24 feet wide. How the hell can he lose his bearings?

Was that the same bloke elbowing Goutas who snidely stamped on Siopis? Scored their goal as well. Sly twat, VAR would have caught him.

Calm down,I said he should have done a lot better didn’t I. My point is he wasn’t going to get into a perfect position from where he found himself to start with, but I could have scored that in the end.

I wonder if he will score.

We really do need a goalscorer though

He’s come closest to equalising so fat, but I agree, he’s not done much today.

We’re not very good at this eleven v ten stuff are we.

We're not very good. Let's go and buy Mullin!
