Watching the stream and it has got us as 352, same as the flash scores app has. I cant see Collins playing LCB? Obviously wait and see how we line up.. but it's showing from 2 sources. Bowler on the left as a winger and Ng on the right with Grant and Etete up top

Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
wtf.. when is there going to be a back pass to the keeper rule brought in... they should only be able to pass it back a set amount of times each half...
the keepers passed the ball 20 times in 4 mins...

Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
These CCFC commentators should have been shipped out in January.

Using the players first names like they are mates grinds my gears. Also, would be nice to have a former player as a co-commentator rather than some random bloke.

I feel exactly the same about everyone's mate 'Trent' at Liverpool

Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
OK, is it too early to call it?
Wintle off ASAP, Aaron or Celtic bloke on

The club's official commentary isn't great, beavis and butthead. Good idea to have a former player with some enthusiasm.

Seriously annoys me more than it probably should.
Karlan, to Jamilu to Perry who finds Rubin.

Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Tough gig today Watford in form 7 unbeaten unlike our chaotic record.
Colwill playing well.. let's hope he keeps his confidence going in a full 90 minutes, even if we fall behind .
We do pass well from our own half it falls apart up front.

bowler is looking fresh today... great touches, when you just focus on him and not much else you see the work rate he puts in

I have the Watford ones, they described Etete as big and strong suggesting their CB would have his hands full, stating that Cardiff use him to hold up the ball and bring others into play. I struggle to watch games with no sound but I may have to soon...

Our midfield play like a 1980's Amusement Arcade Game.

Etete is the sporting version of Javris Cocker.

Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Christ it’s dire going forward again. Colwill is trying but it’s not really working, the other forward three might as well not be on the pitch.

Beeb stats say we've had zero shots on target.
Watford have had 2.
Sounds like a really exciting game...
And just as I was typing the above...
Whooo-hooo!

Having said that...cracking goal from Bowler...
-
Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Ng nutmegs a player and slips a ball to the feet of bowler, who immediately passes it backwards 20 yards into touch then that happens
-
Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Happy to eat my words, what a goal that is

Missed the first 20mins but what I seen I thought we were playing well. Looking fresher and a bit quicker using the ball. Etete has been poor though.

Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
I suppose that's why teams retain an interest in Bowler. I thought he'd been pretty useless up to that point and almost gave it away with his first touch leading to the goal. But there we are. Nice work if you can get it.
-
Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Need to not make our customary crap start to the 2nd half, try to sit on the lead for 45 minutes or make crap substitutions.
Easy!

Yeah I’d really like to see Diedhiou on here at half time, Etete just is a black hole as a lone striker. Not strong enough to hold the ball up, and his touch and passing has been awful as well. Doesn’t seem to make the runs that Colwill and Bowler are looking for either.
Other than that, he’s been fine.

Re: WATFORD v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
i just dont hope bulut makes a howler now with his subs...
i mentioned long before bowler hit that wonder goal that he was fresh and running like a dog, makes great touches, super football brain on him...
as much as i want to see the fresh legs bulut worries me to death with his subs and timing
