When we got promoted we had managers who were able to create a team that performed better than the sum of its parts. The current incumbent, and his immediate predecessors manage to do the complete opposite.
I like the idea of changing to 3412 but we need the players to do that.

Admire anyone putting pen to paper and explaining their approval - I have neither the energy or nous for this type of debate but one thing I would say is that all this is risk free as it never has to be tested with people's livelihood at risk
I don't mean necessarily the players and manager but the backroom / support staff that take the brunt with relegation (especially multiple) and we have seen how long it takes for clubs to recover from poor decision making eg Luton Portsmouth Wrexham etc and some never recover
Nonetheless an interesting read in most parts
Its just a few fans having a bit of a chit chat on what they'd like to see
