Plagiarism.
I'm going to absolutely blow your mind now...
Leeds beat Cardiff 2-0. Cardiff beat Millwall 1-0. Millwall beat Leeds 1-0.
Sunderland beat Cardiff 2-0. Plymouth beat Sunderland 3-2. Cardiff beat Plymouth 5-0.
Wowzers!!! I mean, those results can't be right, can they? After all, games are either easy or hard.

Anomaly. Every time something doesn't fit NCB's way of thinking it is an anomaly.

We'll see, bookmark, and let's see the average position of the teams we've won games against at the end of the season

So far it's 15.75 but Millwall are on a good run winning four and drawing two of their last six, but will probably drop.

So wins against teams above that average are anomaly......

As things stand, City have played 6 of the bottom 10 teams in the Championship.
The record is: won 2, drawn 0, lost 4.
The sides who have beaten City include two of the bottom three.
Meanwhile, City have played 8 of the top 10 teams in the division.
The record is: won 2, drawn 1, lost 5.

Re: I just don't get it, how come we can beat the rubbish teams at the bottom but not the good teams at the top?
QPR are sh!t and can't usually score, but if they do they can sometimes defensively shut up shop like they did against Burnley and Sunderland, the first goal was all-important in this game. We've gone from can only beat the sh!t teams to can't even beat the sh!t teams in a matter of weeks. We are currently right in the sh!t and need urgent action.
Their keeper made eight saves, a few good ones, that's Championship football.

We didn’t beat Hull on 28th September. We lost 4-1. Two months ago.

So it seems if you're Cardiff City.
City's away record this season is interesting in the context of this thread.
The away record against the current top 12 teams:
Played 8, Won 1, Drawn 5, Lost 2
The away record against the current bottom 12 teams:
Played 8, Won 0, Drawn 3, Lost 5
:sherlock:

How about comparing the top six home and away against the bottom six, that would give a more accurate comparison.
I think if you did that across every league in the World, you would find it's generally easier to beat teams at the bottom than the teams at the top
Of course, don't forget according to your logic, six pointers don't matter and Portsmouth now above us is fine we just have to beat Burnley and Sunderland instead :hehe:

I compared Cardiff City's away results against the top and bottom sides.
If you want to compare something else, knock yourself out. Off you go.
By the way, there must be something wrong with the Championship table on the BBC website. Portsmouth were only awarded three points for last night's victory according to that. It can't be right. It should have been six, right...?

"I compared Cardiff City's away results against the top and bottom sides." - Yes that's nonsense and the only way you could make it look like teams at the bottom are harder to beat than teams at the top :hehe:
No but they moved above us as they won that six-pointer

I don't believe the teams at the bottom are harder to beat than the teams at the top and have never said that, but that will no doubt have eluded you as you struggle so badly with plain English.
Lest we forget, it was you who said: "I just don't get it, how come we can beat the rubbish teams at the bottom but not the good teams at the top?"
In fact, City were beaten away by the sides who currently sit 18th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd. And by the teams who sit 1st and 3rd. Although City got draws at the teams who are currently 5th and 7th (that's the mighty Middlesbrough). And the teams who are currently 17th and 19th.
It's almost as if City struggle to beat anyone, possibly because we're not very good.
Anyway, that's it from me as far as you're concerned. Engaging with you in any way, shape or form is just a complete waste of time as you're far too stupid, so I'll leave you to it.

Classic - What you mean is I am wrong and can't argue it any longer without looking a bigger plonker so I'm off :hehe:
Yes, the top teams are harder to beat, that's why the bookies where you go for your bets offer you better odds to beat the higher-placed teams, especially at the top. Leeds beat us seven nil by the way, maybe they were just lucky seven times :hehe:
