Our commentators haven't done any geographical research. They think it's early spring.

The pundit on Sky, whoever it is, is absolutely shite!

to be fair to them, we are playing a central midfielder at right back, a right back in central defence and a centre back in midfield so you can understand the confusion

It will be in 4 days time. Very late winter would've been more appropriate.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
We still look so easy to play through in midfield. Think it's fair to say we have some decent passers of the ball in there now, but very little pace and cover.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
I thought that was going in

our midfield is like a string vest
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Robinson much more involved
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Rinomhota is looking vulnerable at RB

Someone should tell him it's a 'post' not a 'porst'

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
This is a poor, poor game.
We are at home and letting them pass the ball around like Brazil.

I'm glad someone else thinks that as we're crap nqat

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
we need to get in their faces more
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Our front two aren't working hard enough and that's giving Hull loads of time on the ball.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Riza looks clueless and no inspiration

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
I've had more fun watching cress grow.

That may be so, but he's looking like a right handsome bastard tonight.

they're a lot better at pressing than we are

These commentators on sky have been pro-Hull
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
We're not disciplined, we're just letting Hull do whatever they want. Home against a fellow struggler, 11 behind the ball and not laying a glove on them. Dire.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
We need to take Willock off at half time for Colwill, stick Robinson on the left and Ashford on the right to beef up midfield
-

Great run ashford. We need to get him in the game

Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Mannsverk looks off the pace. I think he has potential but is currently wanting to much time on the ball. Needs to inject some urgency into his play, but then so do all of them.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Damn. Straight at the keeper from Salech. Was in a tight spot to be fair

Robinson has no pace don't want him outwide.
Get Davies on. And Colwill into the 10.

Do what they want? How?
It's a pretty poor game and our set-piece play and balls into the box have been terrible. But what have Hull done?

Each to their own. Think he's been our best player by a long way outside of that last run by Ashford, but he definitely has some similarities to Colwill in which he would look better in a different team with better players. Ajax to this City team must be quite the adjustment.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
They do seem to have better players. Impressed with Charlie Hughes, and Puerto looks a player, he didn’t even start.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Someone tell RIZA we are in a relegation fight. Tinkering around with formations and personnel like a teenager playing football manager in his bedroom.

Passed it around in our half for 45 minutes, which for a must win game at home against a team around us in the table shouldn't be the game plan to let the other team do, surely?
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Some decent breaks the odd minute we get the ball. Need much more in the 2nd half.

Horvath hasn’t had to make a save has he? As far as I’m concerned, they can pass it around as much as they like if they’re not going to trouble the keeper
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
we're clearly looking to draw them into our half and then hit them on the break, and to be fair we've had the best chances with that approach.
I suppose it makes sense to play like the away side when we both have terrible home records
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v HULL CITY. Match thread
Willock & Robinson off, Davies & Colwill on
