I know this about a WUM statement, and he knows nothing but, when after this season's waste and if he does get any cash back from Nantes, I would imagine he would be looking for a way to get out of the club. It would make a good project for a wealthy buyer, so maybe we will see a new start in the next few years.

I imagine it would be a good investment if the relegation devalues us - we have the training facilities, academy and stadium. We have a core fan base and have shown we can sell out the stadium. We have a strong history in the Championship and some in the Premier League.

Not to mention being in a big city with good infrastructure.

Seems like decent value for money for any prospective buyer as a lot of the legwork has been done.

I think it can but will take time and a bit of work - we have seen the stadium sell out in the Premier League seasons.

The issue is that if (or when) we go to League One, we may not get back up immediately - but that can be okay depending on what happens next

The court case etc clouds the issue. The only way Tan would 'sell' would be presumably to retain a minority interest allowing him personally to see it through to some sort of conclusion. not sure it's about the money any more for him, more a question of validation of the club's stance.
