Maybe you follow it closer than me, but my understanding is that there are currently only about a thousand jobs on the pipeline, and most of them are temporary until it was constructed (that's months, not years) and it would only have created about 50 permanent jobs after that. The comparative polls with other Presidents down that page monitors approval to date and across the Presidential terms. In that Biden has 11% greater approval in his honeymoon period than Trump at this point.
