RUMOR)
ℹ️ @telegraaf reports that Valencia is considering Anwar El Ghazi as a possible reinforcement
🤝 The attacker would have already agreed to a one-year contract in principle, after ending his contract with Cardiff City
I think they need someone to make the tea :-)

Has anyone heard anything about the second signing that we were going to make? It was confirmed by MD.

Another Man City academy coach. Glad we've got another coach in, it was looking a bit thin on the ground there.

Re: The Transfer Rumour Thread
He's quite solid for this level. Ipswich fans are slagging him off though, so hopefully he's a player that can bounce back in a lower division.

Only way we get him is if one or both of Salech and Robinson leaves. Our transfer window shouts out that more players have to leave before we bring in anyone.

I’m sure he was linked to us before he went to Ipswich?
Maybe just agent talk or someone filling inches in the column?
I still think we need another option up front, but priority has to be be a commanding CB, LB and winger
If the recruitment team read this MB
That’s a CB that attacks the ball in the air without fear
A LB to cover Bagan
A winger that can trap a ball without running it out of play when nobody is near him
One last thing, can you fill the tank up and actually go and watch them play first!!

Surely with the fire sale of last season's squad we can afford to buy some players.

What fire sale?
Is it 13 players from last season's squad already left (with Daland and Horvath likely to follow)?
Most of those are expired contracts or the end of loans. We have loaned two players out and hopefully got a fee for O'Dowda.
No fire sale.
From what has been written by informed posters and journalists, the reduction in the wage bill from the players out of contract just about offset the reduction in income after relegation.
My understanding is that the club can sign more players and add to the wage bill without falling foul of the League One fair play rules, but it is constrained by those rules and by what the owner is willing to pay, and the expectations on BBM to improve the players already here.
I'm sure there will be more incoming even if no one else leaves (which they surely will).

Not sure about the strength of the source but Wrexham interested in Chambers apparently.

Would be a damn shame to lose one of our best ever captains but everyone has a price!

oh no this would truly be a disaster to lose such a key player for us - we can only hope they don't try and buy Willock, the greatest winger we've ever had at the same time.

Us and the Jacks after 18 year old Rangers defensive midfielder Bailey Rice according to EFL Analysis.

Re: The Transfer Rumour Thread
That Parkinson is no fool. He recognises the best centre back outside the premier league when he sees him.

Especially when we offer 3 for the price of 2, with Daland & Willock!

Parkinson is known for his tough negoatiating on transfers. I have a feeling the VT and Dalman will crumble if he pushes for that deal. God the place is falling down

Re: The Transfer Rumour Thread
3 England caps. You don't get that unless you're quality. Would be a pity to lose him but oh well.
