Christopher Wray has resigned and the Trump supporting Patriotic Front are leaving with him! (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patriot_Front). In other news, it appears the conspiracy theory about FBI confidential human sources being inside the Capital building on J6 is true.

To keep Cyril Happy a disclaimer
This is the work of a user by the name of BioClandestine andI dont think he's far off the money
"Reminder that J6 was used an excuse to deny electors their chance to contest a blatantly fraudulent 2020 election.
J6 was also used to justify censoring/banning Trump, and many of his supporters.
Then they tried to put Trump in jail over J6 and tried to prevent him from running for President again.
In addition, they spent the last 4 years covering up that they had confidential informants in the crowd, and covered up all the footage that showed Trump supporters casually strolling through the halls, which was a far different picture than the one the media painted.
They deceived the public, in a successful attempt to overthrow the then sitting POTUS, Donald Trump, and then used J6 to discriminate Trump supporters and weaponize the DOJ/FBI against them.
An insurrection happened on January 6th, but it was not carried out by Trump or his supporters. It was carried out by our own government, and their subservient MSM/Big Tech lapdogs.
“Treason” is an understatement. Elements within our own government waged war on the American People.
Flashback to January 4th, 2021. Pence promised that he was going to “hear the objections and evidence”, in reference to the massive irregularities and voter fraud in the 2020 election. The people never got to contest the election, because of an event that our own government coordinated and instigated."
but just to add to this, undoubtedly there were a number of Trumpsters who did commit bad acts, it's not all one way traffic, a bit like when you go to an away game, something kicks off and some not all will gravitate towards it and do things they wouldn't normally be associated with, some of the sentencing was simply outrageous and political, many are in clink for simply just being in the building.

I have seen a number of people who Biden is allegedly planning to give a 'pre-emptive pardon' to who say they want nothing to do with it.
They appreciate that Trump will want revenge for his electoral failure in 2020 and will use all means he can to put heads on spikes.... but they equally know that there was no steal, most if not all of the officials and politicians targeted by the MAGA mob (many if not most of them Republicans) are totally innocent of any wrongdoing (and if a handful did do wrong it didn't change the result).
They know that accepting (as they would have to do) a pre-emptive pardon would wrongly look like an admission of guilt and - even more of a consideration - it would get the brainwashed Trumperati of CCMB out of their rabbit holes and littering the board with big grin smilies.
No one deserves that! :xmashehe:

A federal appeals court has upheld the $5m verdict against Donald Trump for sexually abusing and defaming the magazine writer E Jean Carroll, dealing a legal setback to the president-elect.
The three-judge panel at the second US circuit court of appeals in Manhattan rejected Trump’s arguments for a new trial, ruling that evidence including testimony from other accusers – as well as the infamous Access Hollywood tape that captured him boasting about how it was normal for him to “grab [women] by the pussy” – was properly admitted.
The May 2023 verdict found Trump liable for sexually assaulting Carroll in a New York department store dressing room in about 1996, 20 years before winning his first presidency, though the jury stopped short of calling the case a rape. The verdict included $2.02m for sexual assault and $2.98m for defaming Carroll in an October 2022 social media post where he called her allegations a “hoax”.

You're a smart guy, didn't the location of the court raise any questions? US circuit court of appeals in Manhattan
I'm not saying he's innocent, but let's see what happens when it gets to a higher court.

Re: The Donald Trump thread
Trump's hush money trial sentencing: For a guilty verdict on 34 felonies, the Orange Man is sentenced to UNCONDITIONAL DISCHARGE.
Because a sitting president can do anything without consequence.
Another victory for US justice!
Another example of Trump's perverse refusal to understand the verdict and sentence too. He now claims, despite the words of the judge, that the unconditional discharge sentence means he is not guilty.
Maybe it does down the post-truth rabbit hole.
Everywhere else he is 'as guilty as sin'!

More trouble in Trumpworld:
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...on-musk-racist
In an escalation of discontent among the highest-profile far-right followers of Donald Trump, his former adviser Steve Bannon has called Trump’s newest favorite, Elon Musk, “racist” and a “truly evil guy”, pledging to “take this guy down” and kick him out of the Maga movement.
In an interview with the Corriere della Sera newspaper in Italy, excerpts of which were published this weekend by Breitbart, Bannon criticised Musk’s embrace of some forms of immigration and vowed to ensure that Musk does not have top-level access to the White House.
“He is a truly evil guy, a very bad guy. I made it my personal thing to take this guy down,” Bannon said. “Before, because he put money in, I was prepared to tolerate it – I’m not prepared to tolerate it any more.”
He added: “I will have Elon Musk run out of here by inauguration day”, which falls on 20 January. “He will not have full access to the White House. He will be like any other person.”
