After getting to know and fully understand the Ukraine/Russia Military and Economic situation and, after seeing the Economic trouble it is causing Russia, I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form. With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe and, in particular, NATO, the original Borders from where this War started, is very much an option. Why not? Russia has been fighting aimlessly for three and a half years a War that should have taken a Real Military Power less than a week to win. This is not distinguishing Russia. In fact, it is very much making them look like “a paper tiger.” When the people living in Moscow, and all of the Great Cities, Towns, and Districts all throughout Russia, find out what is really going on with this War, the fact that it’s almost impossible for them to get Gasoline through the long lines that are being formed, and all of the other things that are taking place in their War Economy, where most of their money is being spent on fighting Ukraine, which has Great Spirit, and only getting better, Ukraine would be able to take back their Country in its original form and, who knows, maybe even go further than that! Putin and Russia are in BIG Economic trouble, and this is the time for Ukraine to act. In any event, I wish both Countries well. We will continue to supply weapons to NATO for NATO to do what they want with them. Good luck to all!
DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

He claimed to have ended the Albania - Azerbaijan war in his last incoherent ramble.
He probably meant to claim credit for ending the Armenia - Azerbaijan war. Although it wasn’t a war. And he didn’t end it.
Just like he didn’t end the other six conflicts he has claimed credit for, as part of his increasingly pathetic pitch for the Nobel Peace Prize.
But ‘he ain’t finished yet’. O joy!

Judging by recent news reports it looks like he is attempting an entente cordiale with Elon Musk. That may well be the only "war" he will end. Boy is he desperate for that Nobel Prize? Obama haunts him over this.

More pertinently. given that it is on record that 247 FBI agents were hurredly summoned to the Capitol Building when MAGA idiots stormed it as confirmed a year ago by everyone's favourite Inspector General then the lowest part of the gullible food chain is showing its spurs again!

Re: The Donald Trump thread
I'm not sure that OMB has gone down well with his base this week, looking to Blair for a Middle east role and cozying up to Pfizer to the tune of 70 Billion isn't a good look!!! although many of them seem to be rejoicing at their government having a shut down and the ability to bin a large tranche of the federal government, which of course will be Democratic centric.

I may be jumping of the fence soon, which may surprise a few people.

Have you finished triangulating, joining the dots and absorbing the collective wisdom of your best alt-right gurus?
Be careful - it's a cruel world away from your fence!

Re: The Donald Trump thread
A group advocating for the return of hostages held in Gaza have urged the Nobel Prize Committee to award the Nobel Peace Prize to the US president, Donald Trump, for what they called his unprecedented contributions to global peace.
“At this very moment, President Trump’s comprehensive plan to release all remaining hostages and finally end this terrible war is on the table,” the families wrote.
“For the first time in months, we are hopeful that our nightmare will finally be over.”
Trump has previously complained multiple times about not receiving the Nobel peace prize, an award which four of his predecessors, including Barack Obama, have received.
The winner of this year’s Nobel Prize Peace Prize will be announced on Friday.
The US, under both the Trump and Biden administrations, have fuelled Israel’s war – considered a genocide by many experts – by providing it with vast amounts of lethal weapons and diplomatic cover on the international stage.
https://www.theguardian.com/world/li...es#top-of-blog
World's gone mad if Donald J Trump doesn't get the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday. After all he bombed Iran, fuelled the genocide in Gaza and ended the notorious Albania-Azerbaijan War. Achievements like that shouldn't go unrecognised.
And don't forget Pakistan nominated him for ending the recent India-Pakistan conflict - although India insist he did absolutely nothing but annoy a few Heads of State with rambling phone calls! They ended the conflict themselves , without 'help' from anyone.
NB - The Trump 'Peace Plan' for Gaza is not a plan - it is a one way ultimatum backed by 20 bullet points with no substance behind them. Iran, not to be outdone by Pakistan, has praised the Trump 'Peace Plan'. Even the most brutal theocratic dictatorships have a sense of humour!

Re: The Donald Trump thread
If he can deliver peace in so divisive a war then he probably does, especially so if he could in Ukraine too.

What does peace mean to you?
If it is just an end to the killing - the first step followed by massive injection of aid and the release of Israeli and Palestinian hostages - Trump could have done that in the first weeks of his administration, as Biden could have done before him.
Peace surely means a political settlement that offers the best chance of security and justice to all the people of Israel and Palestine.
The Trump Plan doesn’t do that. If you can call it a plan.
But he is desperate to get that prize!

You mean deliver peace whilst also being complicit in the thousands of Palestinian deaths and starvation since the beginning of the year?
