I think that is a bit of a loose determiner but in recent years Swansea were in the top flight for 7 seasons , winning a cup
And we were promoted and immediately relegated , twice
I can't stand the jacks but it's a bit silly to argue that we have been a better side than them since 1980 onwards
All nonsense we've finished more time than them in our history, we are back above them now in real time and we've won the proper FA Cup :ayatollah:
Re: Could the jacks go down ?
**** them love them to get relegated.
Wrexham will be up here in a couple of years anyway.

Me too
Maybe even do a Pompey for a decade and splutter about in league 2
Re: Could the jacks go down ?
Had we actually turned up against them then they'd be in real danger. Unfortunately I think their derby win is going to be enough to keep them up.

Imagine they stay up by one point, that terrible loss and performance would be even more gutting!

Please, that scenario doesn't even bear thinking of.

Re: Could the jacks go down ?
In 102 years we have had the highest average attendance 83 times to their 19.
Just leaving that here.

In 2023 research by insurance company Direct Line suggested that Swansea had the highest number of rat infestations reported by local councils across Britain, of the 181 authorities which responded to a freedom of information request with useable data.

And an opioid crisis twice as high as the Welsh average. Child abuse rates sky high. Soaring levels of theft. The place is a shit tip and a cancer on the country.

Check this out. Child care kids shifted from Cardiff to Swansea with Swansea politicians, private equity and plod being naughty. Shocker. Sad for the kids.

He's very much in the mould of "WalesBales" on here (:sherlock:)and a sort of Welsh George Galloway.

Harsh on George!
Re: Could the jacks go down ?
I'd be happy if Birmingham won tomorrow and scumsea lost. they'd be 2 points behind them then. anything that pushes them closer to the drop is ok with me! :D

Prepare for a backlash!
Years ago, 2006/07 season to be precise, I was one of more than a handful of City fans who, knowing that our season was over, wouldn't have been too bothered if we'd lost at home to Hull in our last home game of the season as it would have relegated Leeds Utd to League 1. There were lots of arguments about this, how dare any City fan not want to win every game!
We lost in the end, relegated Leeds and I saw a few City fans celebrate when Hull scored.
Re: Could the jacks go down ?
Come on Stoke first result I'll look for after the game!
