At the moment the only evidence of your side of things is a video showing what happened afterwards from a reasonable distance away. On the other side of things there are now 3/4 videos which show your fans had flares (banned item) and what appears to be someone throwing a firecracker straight up in the air which then fell onto your fans, not to mention the general opinion on two plus messageboards and what the media have judged to be more likely.
