Could be the usual 4231 with Colwill out wide (which doesn't suit him). Would have preferred Ashford there to Colwill if that's the case.

I think NG might get singled out for a bit of stick from the home crowd (after his theatricals in the home game ), I hope he keeps his focus on the game.

Really disappointing. So negative.
I wouldn’t say playing Colwill and Alves was negative. Ashford has shown how effective he can be off the bench. By the sound of it there’s a lot of illness and injury in the squad so that may be dictating the starting 11

Maybe a classic 451 with some out of position
I can't figure it out either!

Yeah just leave Rino out. Ashford wide. Crazy selection.

If Ashford is ill fair enough.

It’s fine, we are mid table, he can afford to tinker….

The order of the names suggests Ng at centreback and Bagan left back.
If that’s right, it probably means Goutas at left centreback .

this constant chopping and changing of the CB pairing is not helping us

I agree. Stick him on for the last 20 minutes when Luton will be tired, especially after their exertions at Luton. Would be nice to see him use his pace.
Also, I'd have Simic on the bench over Willock. Him and El Khazi bring sweet feck all to the team.

Whoever found Salech - start building that statue!

Re: PLYMOUTH ARGYLE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
What a signing is Salech . Alves is special .

I think 3-4-3 suits a lot of our players, but not sure about Rinomhota as wing back

Re: PLYMOUTH ARGYLE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Good half, feel we were the better team but Plymouth were woeful. You have to feel they’ll come at us at some point in the second half and we’ll likely concede. Another goal here and we can definitely come away with something, maybe sneak a win.

Re: PLYMOUTH ARGYLE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Is anyone else watching this game ? Are you all in Plymouth ?

Re: PLYMOUTH ARGYLE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
We should be at least two up . Hope it doesn't come back to bite us

Re: PLYMOUTH ARGYLE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
We need to kill these off, they are poor. But we look ropey at the back.

Re: PLYMOUTH ARGYLE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Is Robinson injured or ill ? as he’s not even on the bench.

I'm watching it, and i can say with confidence that Plymouth are the worst side i have seen in years, absolutely shocking in every respect, to the point where one of their players even decided to attack towards their own goal. Terrible outfit.

"A bit of a knock" according to Riza.

Exactly my thinking , imagine the posters on here if they were watching Plymouth :hehe:. Zero quality at all.
That said , when the ball goes into our box they have a punchers chance , would like us to score a second and and a third to relax.
Dont forget they have a good home record , recently beating Liverpool.
