I don't believe it met the criteria for handball.

1. deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, for example moving the hand/arm towards the ball I'd say no
2. touches the ball with their hand/arm when it has made their body unnaturally bigger. A player is considered to have made their body unnaturally bigger when the position of their hand/arm is not a consequence of, or justifiable by, the player’s body movement for that specific situation. Again I'd say no.

The second penalty I thought was poor. Keeper gets the ball at the exact same time as the attacker. It wasn't careless so I can't see how it is a foul.

I think because Johnson turned his body the position of his arm did make his body unnaturally bigger.

Never seen a worse VAR performance. There probably wasn’t near enough injury time in both halves
