Maybe he feels Ralls doesn’t fit the profile of player he sees in that position. It’s his gig now, he calls the shots and I respect him for not taking the easy call.

Maybe. But despite his injuries, to me Ralls just seems like the kind of player you want to keep around to get out of League One. Same for Rinomhota, same for Meite.

Not if you are going to try to drastically change the style of play and the players in question do not fit that system. Our midfield play has been dire for over 10 years, something needs to be done.
