he is a proven goal scorer though, yes getting on a little now, Sheff Utd are interested in McBurnie by all accounts, I know who I would rather for another year, its KM
Playing for us was as good as it got for him with goals to games ratio

That was five years ago. Since then he's gotten older, slower and had a few injuries keep him out for a while

Moore fee in the region of 2m. Great signing for them. People are bitter and twisted if they think otherwise.
Yes he’s getting on a little bit he’s early 30s not late 30s and he’s never relied on pace anyway.

He’s only 32 - might win their young player of the year

You can’t argue with their model thus far. 3
Promotions in 3 years buying experienced players for the division they are in.
They’ve got enough money and other revenue streams not to worry about buying young olayers for development and making a future profit purposes.

That approach has been successful so far mostly because they've had much more money to spend than almost all of their rivals.
That won't be the case this time round.
it'll be interesting to see how it pans out. I think their income streams probably has them in the top half of the division but by no means one of the big spenders.
It might still work out for them, but it could easily backfire also.
I also wonder what happens when the interest in the TV show starts to wane, and it inevitably gets cancelled

Southampton away first game, they could be in for a shock, although three years of momentum might carry them through a game or two, before teams get match fit and find their levels.
a five-nil defeat would be a great start to the next series.
Re: Wrexham showing how it should be done
Signing Conor Coady now..
