She remembers consenting to shagging Macdonald, what she didn't remember doing was consenting for his oddball friend to to enter the fray. He took advantage of her, if she had consented then surely Mcdonald will have told the courts this? Surely he would have been aware consent was given?

This is what is odd about this case she couldn't even remember MacDonald and he said she had consented to have sex with ched:shrug: it's all very strange then this she could barely walk stuff is another one when she bent down to pick up the pizza box from the floor in high heels does not suggest to me someone struggling to stand on her own two feet. this is slightly backed up by his brother and a friend were watching through the window

of course he lied to get the key, it wouldnt be the same if he had asked the porter to " phone the room and ask my mate if i can burst in on him "

From the Twitter feed : CLayton stopped having sex with Evans' alleged victim and shut the curtains.. the woman asked Evans to perform oral sex on her

so Clayton got up and shut the curtains to stop the 2 others perving in

at no point did i call him a normal bloke

so this girl who was unable to stand, she was walking about in high heels though, was able to consent to clayton ? ? ? No ? ?? she cannot remember anything

You line about "we are footballers and we can get whoever we want", you cannot be naive enough to not think young famous-ish footballers dont swagger about thinking that all the time, he certainly will not be the only one

She couldn't remember anything so thought someone had spiked her drink and went to the police. They found no traces of anything in her system like that, but in investigating they found that she'd had sex with the 2 guys(because the guys told the police) as a result the police brought the rape charge, it was never the girl.

Next witness for the defence is a friend if the complainant who cannot be named for legal reasons....

There is the whole issue with this case. We arent talking about 2 situations, we are talking about a scale along which there seems to be a movable tipping point that isn't backed by science or reason.

For some girls, 2 drinks might be too much for her to be fully aware of what is going on. Some people experience memory loss after drinking but they were completely coherent and their behaviour was completely normal throughout.

This case isnt really about ched anymore.

Maybe she raped him?

I think this sums up the case perfectly.

A verdict by a Court is meant to be beyond reasonable doubt. In this case there is not only doubt about the evidence but about everyone involved including the girl herself. For the sake of justice Evans (scumbag though he is) must be found Not Guilty.
