Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Pack should have been subbed. That was coming. Pity Moore coming on seemed to have given us a lift.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
shocking from pack when we had a little light at the end of the tunnel...
what does it for me he had the stance to stay on the pitch and question it, jolls off the pitch shrugging his shoulders  i dont know what fans see in him at all lol

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
I know the result's shit but the most upsetting thing about this game for me is Gibbins's constant loud sucking of air in through his teeth

Ref's given them everything

Much better 2nd half. The introduction of Moore has made a massive difference.
Pity about the sending off.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
I see Pack was sent packing!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Conceded early, wake up and try and attack when the games done with......could be so many games

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
I have yet to see Bagan have a bad game, he's been as good as anyone at left back.

Now there’s a quote that you don’t expect to see!!!!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Positives:
- We play so much better with Moore on the pitch. His return is a big plus and hopefully will be shortly followed by Morrison and Tomlin. Even Flint to give us more options would be nice at this point.
- Bagan got minutes and did well enough
- Vaulks played two nice passes to Bacuna and Murphy had a nice 5 minute cameo. Flashes of nice play happening.
- We don't play against a top 4 team for a while (next is Bournemouth with 8 games before them) so should have a better chance of picking up points
Negatives:
- Pack really shouldn't have got himself sent-off, though arguably turning the game into end-to-end with no central midfield helped improve our chances
- The first half
- We play 3 of the bottom 7 in those 8 aforementioned games and we seem to struggle against them too.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Pack’s departure didn’t seem to upset us but by then it was the usual let’s have a go as it’s a lost cause.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
bunch of cloggers. no quality. no class. and no pashun
basically we've assembled a bunch of losers

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
It was ridiculous how much better we played when Kieffer Moore was on the pitch. I think that we'll shoot up the table if he stays fit.

Several players seem lifted by his presence. Ralls in particular was a different player with Moore up front.
I agree get Moore and Morrison fit. A right back in and we will climb the table.
However those 2 get injured then weve got problems. Hopefully the new striker comes good.

Agreed. He's absolutely fantastic. I hope they dont rush him back, though. I think Harris is basically in a job until the end of the season, so I hope he doesn't panic because we will be in trouble in Moore misses another 6 weeks.

If you pass Moore the ball, he controls it and you can get it back. If you pass Glatzel the ball, it bounces off him.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v NORWICH CITY. Match thread
Norwich have won 15 games now and only two by more than a one goal margin and they were by two goal margins.
Hardly streets ahead.

Glatzel isn't good enough to start in the Championship. He needs to be coming of the bench against tired defenders to be effective (like Danny Ward).

They could have scored four or five against us in the first hour today.

They're bloody good. It might be a different story if they don't hold onto Buendia, however.

Agreed good players who know how to roll when tackled.

Re: FT: CARDIFF CITY 1 - 2 NORWICH CITY. Match thread
You might as well play a feather duster up front as Glatzel.

Glatzel has managed 3 attempts on target since he opened the scoring 6 games ago against Birmingham.
If anyone offered a soggy, stuck bag of cola cubes for him, I'd be tempted. He's had a glorious opportunity to stake a place in the starting line up after Moore's injury. Some were suggesting he should have been given more of a go. Instead, he's been almost fecking useless. I'm glad Moore is fit again. If he's not ready to start against QPR I'd pick Harris ahead of Glatzel (Neil or Mark, either will do).

Anita or Rolf would even make more of an impact than Glatzel.
