Agreed, young lad, no fear, full of confidence

Brilliant, now let’s go for the second!

Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
I think that was a shot rather than a pass to Harris but nice finish

Think it might be a good job there’s no VAR.

Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Well done sparky son 🏴

Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
DO NOT DO NOT sit back and defend!!! Robinson would have had a field day today...
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
would be nice if Ojo didnt fall over with any contact whatsoever

It would be nice if Hudson took him off.

Philogene off???? Why??? Looks like Sawyers and Watters coming on ( for Harris).
Why disrupt things?

Strange indeed.
I’d have thought Rino to come on if anyone. Sawyers to much of a luxury when defending a lead away from home.

Not really the players you'd bring on when protecting a lead. Sawyers always seems to look a little lost whilst Watters doesn't put in the running that Harris does
Kevin Ratcliffe is furious that Cardiff's players keep getting involved in the afters with Sunderland's players
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Sawyers is being bypassed in midfield, the change isn’t looking too good.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
We've been poor since we scored.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
we do seem to be sitting back to try and hang on now...recipe for disaster...WHEN will we learn???? Living dangerously. Nelson coming on.....hanging on time....not great......
Rhino for Ojo seems a better move...

Really strange, these are the decisions that will make or break one’s mgt career…..sounded like we WERE flying.

Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Very poor substitutions by Hudson. They've put us on the back foot.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
wow wow wow... you can argue the toss and say they have switched it up too but change a few players and we look like a different team now... some shocking play just then lol
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Ojo is fecking terrible at staying on his feet and is a liability in most situations

Funny isn’t it how the Sunderland commentator has said how well he’s done and how bright he’s been.

Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Good first half should have been 2 or 3 up. Dire second half up to now after going 1 up.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
This isn't going to end well I fear....
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Inviting pressure. Awful changes.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Hudson really needs to learn from this quickly if he wants the job permanently. The aim isn't to score 1 goal then settle for that.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Watters offering nothing upfront, I’d have rather Hudson had moved Ojo up top.

yes...he gets into good forward positions...gets challenged and falls over
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
we are gonna get caught out here in a bit... and our strike options are now watters ?
ive said it before hes a nice lad runs about a bit, but would be no where near my team
this is going to be like 1 up in a fa cup final with 20 mins to go lol
-

Great commentary team they actually focus on the game unlike ours who just spout shite half the time.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
At the moment off the field decisions have altered the whole flow of the game. Worrying!

Sawyers and waters as the furthest forward when trailing a game just doesn’t make sense. They have no pace and can’t press.
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Having Watters up front is like playing with 10 men
-
Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Watters failing then to relieve some pressure, just puts us under more pressure.
-

Can we do the same subs again and bring them back on?

Re: SUNDERLAND v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Was that City fans just singing, ‘Your support is f*cking shit’ to 37,000 Sunderland fans?:hehe:
