I live off Greggs vegan sausage rolls because I am a fat bastard.
People use the term Quorn interchangably for the whole veggie/vegan market.
As it happens the brand Quorn is very hit or miss and there are some brilliant stuff coming on thr market.
Nut cutlets and lasagne are so uncommon on a restaurant's menu these days that people are asking them for a change!

Tesco vegetarian burgers used to be ok , they actually had a nice taste and texture
