Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Thought Lawlor would've dropped out for Chambers. Will be interesting to see if Willock is up for the new Cardiff way.

It's not really is it. We have brought in the keeper that's going to be no.1. I'm only surprised he's playing so soon.
I think it would be harsher to pretend turner is no.1 and then drop him first mistake he makes. He's going to get plenty of cup games.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Time for Chambers and Willock to pay back for last season.
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Different game from Saturday's. Probably more typical opponents than Peterborough, so a real chance to benchmark this team.

[QUOTE=Tuerto;5604698]You want clever? I'll give you clever..... Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea is located in Fulham, not Chelsea. You can go about your day now......:hehe:[/
Turn left out of Fulham Broadway underground and it’s 50 yards.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Trott has absolutely come in as number one and everyone knows that, but with Chambers coming in to partner Lawlor, I think it’s too much disruption in that back three.
I’d have kept Turner in there for this game and the cup game against Swindon with Trott slotting in for the game against Rotherham.
Ballsy from BBM in my opinion.

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
City fans, a few of them in black hoodies and black masks and others in their forties (and possibly fifties) having a go at customers in a pub garden on the other side of the road and contained by the Police.
Cretins.
(I was possibly the only City fan in the pub garden as it was obviously for home fans only).

Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Indicates how focussed / ruthless BBM is

Yeah that port vale kit is lovely
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Not a good start. They want it more. Chambers been poor.
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Looks very similar to last season at the moment. Getting close to the final third and absolutely no threat or movement whatsoever.
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Tanner seeing a lot of the ball hasn’t done anything with it.
We’re getting bullied all around the pitch.
Salech starting to get a bit frustrated with the rough house tactics from their defenders.
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
we are getting out battled a bit
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Willock keeps losing his man, he needs to get tighter
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
We need to wake up and get stuck in here

No excuses for Tanner to over hit these crosses with no pressure on him.
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
last season we had to go 1-0 down to start playing with some urgency, it looks to me like that hasn't changed.

Tanner has had a mare so far.
We are crying out for a dominant CB
-
Re: PORT VALE v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
playing like this is filling the Vale players with so much confidence..
this performance is concerning.
