You initiated the inevitable separation, yes? The girlfriend goes her own way and with time will forget all about you.
God never gives up loving you as long as you are alive, that's the difference.
Another duff and silly analogy.

God (whichever one you believe in) is pretty hopeless in persuading people he exists. And he supposedly created us all only for the majority to burn in hell
It's laughable nonsense.

There’s one in Abergavenny today. I walked past them a couple of times and on both occasions they were being heckled quite aggressively. It was so sad to see this.

No. It says you should turn the other cheek
I’d like to know why Truthpaste is seemingly pro-Israeli and anti-Palestinian/muslim when Jews reject Christ as the son of God. Does he think Jews will go to heaven, but not muslims?

Nobody relying on religious practices, including Jewish tradition or Islamic instruction can get right with God.
This is because of the failure of religion, it's all about me and what I'm going to do to make it to heaven, how tiresome that would be, listening to people for eternity telling you how virtuous they had been to make it through the pearly gates!
However many brought up in the above and other traditions HAVE found the real Jesus. Not the insignificant 'prophet' of Islam, or the false messiah of Jewish man-made tradition; and in doing so they have found "The Way, the Truth and the Life". So I am neither pro the government of Israel or the butchers of Hamas, I am someone who has been asked to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, seeing how current events are ushering in the end-time scenario outlined in Bible Prophecy, and seeking to serve Yeshua, or as most people know Him, Jesus.

The State of Israel has used the total and unconditional support of Christian Zionists like Truthpaste (leading to all the USA money, arms, intelligence and Security Council vetos) to enable 75 years of ethnic cleansing and daily persecution.
The conflict (David v Goliath - and the Israelis are not David) didn't start on 7 October - even if that was one of the many low points for death and atrocities.

So, Muslims and Jews can enter the kingdom of heaven as long as they find the real Jesus before they die? And what happens to them if they don’t?
And regarding Gaza, you’re praying for peace, but you still believe Israel have every right to continue to destroy Gaza killing thousands of innocent people, and causing a humanitarian crisis? That’s not very Christian, is it?

Which of my statements from anywhere in this discussion have led you to this conclusion?
(I'll address your other comments after we have cleared this one up).

God shouldn't prefer whiter skins over darker ones. If you take sides you're not a true Christian. God loves all human beings equally and without prejudice.

Truthpaste _ You’ve been pro-Israel throughout this whole thread.

I’ve consistently said both sides are as bad as each other in this thread and you’re shown your disagreement with that - isn’t that proof you favour one side over the other? If you are against the scale of the Israeli revenge mission for October 7, you’ve chosen a strange way to show it.

Re: 40 Killed In Hamas Attacks In Israel
It's a war Bob, Hamas have stated they want to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth - and attempted to do it on Oct 7th. Just like Ukraine - Israel are making sure that does not happen, As stated many many times - the international peace negotiators of CCMB have yet to work out a strategy of stopping the war - other than to puff their collective chests out and say 'ooh ooh if only you'd listen to me'
If you feel that strongly about it, go and fight for Hamas - let us know how you get on ?

Islam and Judaism do not recognise Jesus as the son of 'God' nor as a component part thereof. Both of the latter schisms of Abrahamism are still waiting for the Messiah.
It's been a very long wait so far.

Maybe he was born as a painter and decorator from Cowbridge. It certainly fits the bill, delusional, mental...etc maybe they can embrace Sludge as their Messiah

You obviously missed the bit (that should be bits because I’ve said it often enough) where I said they’re both as bad as each other.

So, in your opinion, the killing of thousands of innocent civilians and depriving the rest of water, electricity and medicines is fair game?

Did I say that - maybe you could point out where I did ? -
I merely pointed out that it is a war, Hamas have stated many many times they want to wipe Israel off the face of the earth, Israel have said the opposite.
As you (probably) know - war is horrible and innocent men women and children get killed - that is horrific. But puffing your chest out on here will not fix it.
It will only end when Hamas have been defeated. Hamas seemed to think by taking 200 hostages that would somehow work out well for them. Israel switched off the power, the food and just about everything else - giving Hamas 2 million hostages to look after.
Hamas wont back down - and most of them are either dead or ran away - leaving the Palestinian people (their people) with nothing

Good points well made and a refreshing change from the usual mild to severe anti-semitic rhetoric.

You seem to confuse criticism of the Israeli government as anti-Semitism. Surely you can't be that stupid (again).

It isn't stupidity TBG - it is a deliberate and hypocritical smear.
To conflate the State of Israel with Jewish people worldwide, or to conflate anti Zionism with anti semitism, is to peddle an anti semitic trope that is exactly the same as the anti semitism of blaming Jewish people in London, New York or Tel Aviv for the actions of the Israeli government!
The anti semitism of Sunak, Trump or Netanyahu (and Truthpaste based on his history of posts on Israel/Palestine) - combined with the Israel government's close association with avowed anti semites like Viktor Orban in Hungary (and the public support they get from far right, white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups) just underlines how the traditional definition of anti semitism has been subverted in a propaganda war with supporters of Palestinian rights.
The result is it becomes harder to defend Jewish people facing discrimination, hate and physical attacks because their strongest allies are gagged and suppressed with false allegations of racism. It also reinforces the attack on the growing number of Jewish people (especially in the USA) who reject the Israeli illegal colonial project for a Greater Israel, reject the political ideology of Zionism (as many Orthodox and socialist Jews have always done), and campaign for the rights of Palestinians. There have been tens of thousands of Jewish people on the streets of London in the past 2 months taking part in Palestine solidarity marches, speaking on the platform at the end and carrying placards saying 'not in my name'. I expect Truthpaste denounces them ('the wrong type of Jews') as severely not mildly anti-semitic!
Confusion and stupidity would be better - but this is just cynical, hypocritical and perverse.

You either support Israel’s actions or you don’t. There’s no middle ground here.

OK, fair enough - hopefully you got the gist of what I am trying to say! A difficult subject to "analogise" (is there such a word?).

Re: 40 Killed In Hamas Attacks In Israel
I wonder if any of the contributors to this thread* have stopped to ponder why Hezbollah and Hamas didn't get together and launch simultaneous attacks from Lebanon and Gaza respectively? If they had done so then the IDF would have been caught off guard on two fronts at the same time with even more devastating consequences. Why didn't they?
*Apologies if some did and I've missed them (it is a very long thread!).

Re: 40 Killed In Hamas Attacks In Israel
Maybe God deliberately got their wires crossed to prevent that scenario from occurring.
