Ok, here’s Godfrey Ingram part two then…
I do remember him playing in an FA cup game, where he ran the show, at one point doing at least two 360 degree turns with the ball glued to his feet.
I think it was vs Wycombe Wanderers and we were like Brazil that day leading 2-0 at half time, fans ole-ing every pass. Then the wheels came off and we ended up losing 3-2.
Hopefully you can let me know if any of that was correct 👍🏻

Ingram was a sub at Workington Town in the first round when we drew 1-1, then scored as he started his last City game in the replay, which we won 3-0.
The game you're probably thinking about was our 3-2 home defeat to Weymouth in round 2, but Ingram had already left by then.

I must have seen every home game that Ingram featured in, at no point did he look like a player who could "run the show"
Not a bad player, but certainly nothing special.

From those clips….what’s there to dislike, and before I saw this thread I’d never even heard of him
If he’s Morison’s pick he deserves a lot of credit.
Re: Kion Etete- Spurs striker
I'll be honest, I wasn't that excited at first. Given how much help we need in that position and his League 2 goal scoring record.
But I do trust Morison. He has pointed out before that he's looking for players with a certain mindset and I have no doubt Kion's going to buy into it and give his all with the skills to back it up.
I don't share the sentiment on twitter that he needs to start against Reading and that this signing propels us into Top 6. There's a reason Tottenham only want to loan out Troy Parrott but willing to sell Kion Etete.
But I do think he's a project that has the potential to be very good for us down the line and I'll be cheering him on :ayatollah:
Re: Kion Etete- Spurs striker
Cant see him being a first pick at this stage

yep I'm the same.
I'd play the same ,team against reading as Norwich, then look to bring others in in the Portsmouth game
Re: Kion Etete- Spurs striker
Latest news we have beating off hoards of clubs to sign him both in the UK and around the world .

People seem to get carried away by the good and the bad.
I'd love some of what these people are smoking though. We would be doing very well to trouble the top half.
Top 6 and SM is a football manager genius.

doesn't matter if he's not that good in the air at this stage of the career if he can use his strength. excited to see him for us.

Lol, about the only thing I got right was the two 360 degree turns (on a sixpence). Unless someone says it was someone else 😟

Ah, but if you read my other posts on the subject, I think you would have probably come to the conclusion that my recollection of the time was a bit rubbish… to put it mildly.
However, I still stand/cling on to the two 360s though. 👍🏻
