It strikes me that they all had a conversation beforehand to position themselves. They basically just had an agreement that the SNP wouldn't use a referendum as a deal breaker.

Not everyone in Cwmbran is a porridge- brained idiot without any critical faculties just as not all Labour or Conservative MPs are hypocrites. But some of them clearly are.

That would be a very bad outcome for Wales unless Plaid are too. It would basically mean less money for Wales and more for an already more generously funded Scotland.

The audience has been carefully chosen to be unbiased. Cameron has miscalculated badly on this one.
The Beeb couldn't pick an unbiased audience if it's existence depended on it.

I may vote for Plaid on that basis, even though I don't agree with most of their policies.

"Many people voted lib dem in 2010 to keep the Tories out, they won't be doing that again" - Bennett
Many, many more voted Tory to get labour out. Whoever gets the most votes will be in the strongest position to form a coalition because no one wants to be the party that keeps the people's choice out.

Carefully chosen I might add.
Re: Opposition Leaders Debate
Farage walks straight off while the others shake hands with the audience.

Re: Opposition Leaders Debate
And the clear winner tonight was David Cameron.
Absolutely spot on decision not to bother with that left wing debacle.
Re: Opposition Leaders Debate
Clever of Ed to challenge the PM at the end.
