No point getting rid of him without having a replacement lined up. Talks could currently be happening behind the scenes.

I agree. Any incoming manager does not have the luxury of the transfer market so you want someone who works well with players. I think Warnock could do that but if the club ever reached an agreement that we could sign players again, I think it would be wise to find a more suitable manager.
Hudson is completely out of his depth and was a very strange change to Morison
