Er, I posed a hypothetical question. That's one based on supposition, not facts.
It looks like I will have an awful long wait for you to digest and remark on that link which included those FoI replies from all over the world which all said we've been unable to locate SARS-CoV-2.

Oh I see, you were just supposing a completely different world to the one that you think you live in. One where viruses exist. Of course.
It's gonna surprise you but I don't avidly read every post of yours. For example, I find the ones about sludge completely excruciating, so I avoid them.
If you desperately want me to respond to the foi stuff that you found, you'll have to link to the post.

Perhaps you missed it. I directed it at you in this thread 9 days ago.

But now you brought it to my attention, I've looked at the link. This is about how foi requests work. You ask a department and they search their records. I actually gave you pretty much the same response I'm going to give here in this post:

It's what the UK government says here. Departments don't hold that kind of information, so of course their records will come up blank

Imagine that you put in over 100 FOI requests to governments everywhere asking for proof the world is round (to pick another of your batshit insane theories). They're also going to say they don't have records of that. Would that be proof that the world isn't round? To almost everyone intelligent enough to put on shoes, no it wouldn't. I expect you would interpret it differently.
