Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
Fish doesn't deserve to be dropped for these pair. I get paid wanted pace at the back but Fish has been our most consistent centre half.
The midfield is disjointed and we lack any pace outwide.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
What the hell has Fish done wrong ???
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
Fish having a proper warm up at half time. No Robinson out there either and I don't think Wintle is either

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
Osho deserves being subbed at half-time. In fact, he deserved the humiliation of being hooked just before half-time.
Have you ever seen a player so consistently switched off?
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
Jumping on the bandwagon, Osho is a liability but he's one of our players who does like going forward when in possession instead of the usual square pointless pass, team is once again static offering no out ball when we are fannying around the back, Joel C offered no serious desire to poke the ball in when he had the opportunity and put in a limp effort, their midfield given the freedom of the pitch to stroll about, Bagan slows our already slow style of play down to a negative speed, its poor but we have to hope we'll improve and challenge another poor team.

Meite used to do this too, but at least I got the sense he was trying, he just wasn't the player he used to be.
Osho's whole attitude and game is crap. I'd say he's the only one that has to come off at half time, I'd give the others 15 more minutes or it puts Reading at a massive momentum advantage (I think back to that Huddersfield game we won 4-0, where they brought on three at half-time and we were in cruise control).

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
If Osho was a boxer he would have been knocked out within 2 mins of the first round.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
Fish on for Osho. Glad BBM isn't totally insane.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
At least he got the signing of Trott right.
Could easily be three.

Osho was bad enough to be off at half-time. The others aren't quite that bad, you're basically surrendering all substitution momentum to Reading at that point if you take off a ton of players.

You can get away with that kind of..... "Oh, sh*t! What have I just done" kind of faux smile... once.
But now it's becoming annoying.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
A bad mistake from the Reading keeper gets us level. Kellyman G, Kpakio A.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread

Yeah, it's been strange to see Salech diminish so much from last season, really thought he'd tear up League One. Robinson has been a pleasant surprise so far this season though, thought he'd be one of the players gone in the summer.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
I can't quite put my finger on why Salech seems to get nothing from the officials after seemingly being fouled time and time again.
It is happening every single game.
Shirley they all can't be in cahoots.
Whatever the reason I'm getting a bit pissed watching him.
Is he not that good after seemingly looking a real find initially

I think it's the rough and tumble style of the division. Salech, like Ashford, is one of those players who probably looks better playing games of finesse against Championship teams as opposed to the hard-headed style of League 1 and 2.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
happy for salech and isaak

Re: CARDIFF CITY v READING. Match thread
BRILLIANT from Kpakio there. Lovely finish from Salech too.
Let's take this game by the throat!

I spoke too soon, great positioning, but Kpakio with a superb ball there. Probably my MOTM, given I think Trott maybe could have saved that Reading goal, but it's close.
