Cheers for the slap on the wrist as admonishment, kinky and consensual by the way. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
I do accept the legal definition. I can read. My point, (which you know, but choose to ignore) is that this may or may not constitute that definition, and that I think there are probably serious consequences if it does - as opposed to just being awkward or a significant power dynamic issue, which I have fully recognised from the start.
And if you are going to be judge, jury and executioner with the law, you will also be aware that you cannot go around calling people sex pests online!
Just posting a link to the law and thinking that is that is not how the law works. Context always always matters, and your presentation of the issue as black and white is not really correct.

And now you're complaining that the BBC hasn't covered this video and isn't talking about it enough!
Indeed, it is overblown! I didn't want to get involved, but after posting a fairly anodyne post someone else escalated it! I should learn to turn the other cheek..
I think if the BBC qre going to cover it, they should seek the truth, not use the story to pump out some articles from radical feminists and then ignore it when a video emerges that may paint the story in a different light.
It's a fantastic example of media bias really.

Oh wow...
I suggest you read my posts again.
Try not adding your own narrative which suit your opinions which are based on your personal life experiences
Use that famed ability of nuance you've bestowed on yourself and add other people's perspectives.
You can do this buddy.

https://en.as.com/videos/video-emerg...biales-kiss-v/
Who is Laura Bates ?
It might be that the Spanish woman kissed by the president is utterly distraught at what happened and it could be that this video shows her trying her best to deal with the situation
But in my opinion that would probably be bollocks
Is it possible , irrespective of the fact that for some people it was unacceptable......for her and her team mates they felt it was exuberance......and they were just then getting on with enjoying their win
And then the press and others got hold of it and have helped guide the narrative ? Sort of channelling this fellas daft actions into a major war crime with all the attendant armchair psychologists wading in

So we are supposed to post on messageboards without using our own opinions and life experiences?!
Yes, I've applied the nuance, and it doesn't point to just posting legal definitions, claiming it's sexual assault and then insinuating anyone who disagrees is a sex pest.
Put the pitch fork down Jordi! There's an investigation ongoing!

Is this thread going to carry on until Norwich do win the FA Cup?

A pic, or video of Delia giving Sludge a gam, with Sludge protesting could turn this thread into the longest on here in history!

Also he seems to look more like Pablo Zabaleta with each new article.

Wonder what the media and woke brigade would make of it.
Can you explain what you think "the woke brigade" is please? I'd be genuinely interested to know.

Those that Trump has no time for.
Those that did not exist back in the day.

I would won't be bothered by Delia giving me a kiss but I thump that Spainish bloke if he tried it

I don't agree with what that Spanish guy did but the reaction is OTT.
Hysteria? You sound pretty hysterical yourself. Are you afraid the "woke brigade" are going to disturb your dream state?

I once tried to wank off a sleeping Alsatian and nearly had my arm bitten off. I guess it's pretty much the same thing.

Oh hey!
Umm, it does all seem a bit OTT doesn't it, and it worries me it just leads to more anxiety in terms of human interactions and just leads to less of all kinds in future - it's not normal to get written or verbal consent before two people kiss for example
That said, she clearly didn't want it and he was her senior manager effectively and that does change it too. I do wonder if there's any past history with the two people involved otherwise it strikes me as something that should have been settled way before now.
Two videos struck me too. We had the one where all the players were laughing and joking about the kiss on the bus but we also have the one of him grabbing his crotch which I found very weird indeed and kind of points to some kind of odd behaviour.
But again, it shouldnt have come this far and it kinda annoys me that it's talked about as a women's rights issue on a day when things like this happen and are totally ignored by the media and people in the UK.

Take time to learn an Alsatian's cum face. Worked for me.

As I am sure you can appreciate, given the rape and burning alive of 100 people is by far a more serious event than someone being kissed, it is valid to point out that it's relative coverage is vastly under-reported and given far less prominence.

As I'm sure you can appreciate, at no point have I been arguing that one way or another.
Just correcting you that it hasn't been ignored. Not being a contrarian, that's just the reality (to paraphrase someone!)

Unfortunately I don't have the intellect to understand your point about Hysteria and your judgement of myself.
Don't try to explain as I won't understand.
However for your reference, I started this post back in 2023. Since then Norwich have been knocked out of the FA Cup two seasons running and the potential of Delia kissing the captain has probably gone. So time to move on.
You can have the last word if it means so much to you.

Hands up all those who supported a sex pest.
Hands up all those who struggled with the concept of consent?
Anyone?
Anyone?
